Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year + Commission

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting customers who visit our showroom, helping them with product inquiries, sales, and order fulfillment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both contractors and homeowners, ensuring they receive the best possible service and products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet walk-in customers, take phone orders, and provide assistance in selecting lumber, cabinetry, millwork, and other related products.
Sales Support: Create quotes, process orders, and handle small bids within your comfort level. For larger bids, refer customers to our outside sales team.
Product Knowledge: Gain a strong understanding of our products, particularly in the cabinetry and millwork departments, to provide accurate information and resolve any warranty issues or part requests.
Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and stocked with literature and product samples. Maintain displays and ensure the showroom is inviting for customers.
Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange delivery schedules for customers and contractors, ensuring all timelines are met.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
Requirements:
Experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, or building materials is a plus, but not required.
